• Custom machine orders require clear written specifications from the Customer and confirmation by KSBN before production.​

• Custom or large orders may require a deposit or staged payments as detailed in the order agreement.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery times provided are estimates and subject to change due to production schedules or external factors. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch or delivery as specified in the order confirmation.​

7. Warranty and Liability

• KSBN provides a standard warranty on manufacturing defects as described in individual product agreements.

• Wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or misuse are not covered.

• In no event is KSBN liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the product value.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Most custom machines are non-returnable except for accepted warranty claims.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, making timely payments, and complying with operating/safety instructions for all KSBN products.

10. User-Generated Content

• If users are permitted to post comments or feedback on our website, KSBN reserves the right to moderate or remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.
